Black Bean Burgers
Chef Jason’s simple homemade black bean burgers that you will totally fall in love with it.
Ingredients
1 Can of Drained Black beans
½ of a Green Bell Pepper
½ Onion
3 Peeled garlic cloves
3 Tbsp of Water
1 Tbsp of Corn Starch
½ Tbsp of Chili Powder
1 Tbsp of Geera Powder
½ cup of Bread Crumbs
1Tsp of Salt
1 Tsp of Black Pepper
Directions
1. If grilling, preheat an outdoor grill oh high heat, or if baking, set your oven to 375 degrees F and lightly oil a sheet of aluminum foil.
2. In a high powered food processor, add the ingredients and process until mixture comes to paste.
3. If grilling, place patties on grill, and grill about 8 minutes on each side. If baking, place patties on baking sheet, and bake about 10 minutes on each side.
4. Enjoy with a toasted sesame seed bun with condiments of your choice.
