Avocado and Cashew Salad
- ½ Cup of Medium Diced Avocado
- ¼ Cup of Salted Cashews
- 2 Tbsp of Sliced Purple Onions
- 3 Tbsp of Picked Parsley Leaves
- 1 tbsp of Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp of Olive Oil
- Salt and Black pepper to taste.
Procedure
Place all the salad ingredients into a bowl, then add the vinegar and olive oil.
Toss to mix and add the salt and black pepper. Toss once more and serve.
