O what a night!
It was an honor to emcee the Indo-Caribbean Alliance 2nd Annual Gala An Empire State of Mind at Venetian Terrace on Saturday, June 7th 2014. The event featured a dazzling night complete with food, cocktails, live performaces and dancing. ICA paid tribute to three honorees: Gaiutra Bahadur, Barbara Lemoine of Natraj Center for the Performing Arts and the Subraj Family of Zara Realty Holding Corporation. The gala is a fundraising endeavor to support robust and vital community programs and advocacy in Queens, New York. With “An Empire State of Mind” theme, our guests were treated to an evening that highlights the significant contributions of the Indo-Caribbean community to the City of New York.
