How to make a successful omelet 🙂
First cook your veggies, take it off the pan. Pour your eggs in (enough for one omelet), notice in the picture a spoon is being used to pull away the eggs from the side of the pan, this strengthens the edges so when you roll it, it builds the integrity of the eggs. Bursting bubbles allows the extra egg solution to strengthen and make the structure of the egg stronger so again it doesn’t burst when you roll it.
Add your cooked veggies back in the pan, roll and serve
