Phulorie shrimp

Phulorie shrimp

Ingredients:

2 dozen shrimps
¾ tbsp of black pepper
½ tbsp salt
1Tsp cumin powder
1 tbsp minced chadon beni

1 pk phulorie mix
1Tbsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1tbsp minced Chadon beni
1tsp cumin powder
1 ¼ cups water

Method

Season shrimp with all the required ingredients and let marinate for 15 minute.

Meanwhile, mix the phulorie batter with required ingredients.

Heat enough oil, about 4 cups over medium heat.

When oil is at 350 degrees temperature, dip shrimp into phulorie batter and place in oil. Deep fry for 1 ½ minutes until golden brown.

Remove and let drain on paper towel.

Serve with tamarind sauce from the jar.
